Reviews application requirements, specifications and technical design documents then translates them into functional and data testing requirements
Creates detailed, and well-structured testing plans and provides estimates for all required tasks and activities required to execute the plan
Executes test cases, develops test scripts, and performs ad-hoc testing for requirement validation, acceptance criteria validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing.
Identifies and logs defects and when necessary, leads analysis activities to narrow down the root causes of the defect issues
Effectively communicates test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
Supports testing of existing applications, environmental upgrades, and resolutions of production issues.
Collaborates, communicates with different teams, and triages technical issues across teams to test multiple projects at the same time based on priorities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
3+ years of related experience in Manual Testing.
