We’re looking for a Asst Manager with expertise in Performance Testing to join the TTT team in Tax SL. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a pioneer firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Your key responsibilities
Should be able to drive performance testing projects independently
Design and develop automated real-world load to drive the complex representative customer environment
Owns the design, development, and execution of performance test plans, Prepare Test Plans with clearly stated procedures and success criteria.
Prepare scripts and executions using scripting tools (LR, JMeter)
Perform detailed analysis of test data and traceability matrix.
Analyse and mitigate complex problems/issues arising as a result of test failures, identify bottlenecks, work with development to resolve issues.
Identify load testing scenarios and profiles
Build and configure test systems and environments
Analyze usage patterns of both the product and the platform and translate that into performance optimizations.
Determines how to meet growing capacity requirements while ensuring reliability within the platform.
Designs and maintains tools for reporting on performance metrics.
Report Performance measuring metrics on time with due diligence.
Experience into performance engineering.
Experience with cloud-based applications.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong experience with performance testing & Load testing on any platform.
Proven experience planning, developing and collaborating on test automation frameworks and test suites.
Ability to work with a multi-site / co-located multinational team
Experience with tuning, testing, benchmarking and troubleshooting software configurations and an understanding of multi-tiered/Service Oriented architectures and how each component/layer affects performance
Performance/load, volume, and scalability testing
Experience with defect tracking tools and trending
Strong experience with using Load Runner for performance testing with experience in Web/HTTP, Webservices and Ajax Protocol
Excellent understanding of languages such as Java & Java script frameworks.
Passion for aligning quality goals to business goals
Proven success working collaboratively within cross-functional and intercultural teams based on strong team spirit, solid work ethic and good communication
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Software Engineering / Information Technology /MCA.
An overall 8+ years’ experience with at least 5+ years of relevant hands on work experience building, integrating and delivering enterprise-wide mobile applications.
Good interpersonal communication and team skills required to operate as a contributing member of global technical teams that deliver quality services.
Ideally, you’ll also have
JMeter Experience as well
Experience with Agile development processes (Scrum)
Experience with open source technologies
Experience with pearl, python and XML
