Position Summary:
Testing Marketing websites using (Manual Testing/Automation Testing) using Agile/Scrum Methodology.
Job Responsibilities
Understanding/analysis of the Requirement and identifying the scenarios
Creating Test Plan and Estimation of testing efforts
Writing/Executing System/UAT/Unit Test Cases
Creating Traceability Matrix
Perform and Support Testing (UAT)
Responsible for successful delivery of Sprints/Releases
Knowledge of Defect Management (Specially QC/JIRA/QTest)
Analyzes the report generated and log defect in QC/JIRA/QTest.
Creating Webpages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Perform and support data setup activities and preparation of test data
Analyzes the scenarios that can be automated.
Automating Web pages using Java and Selenium.
Involve in writing and execution of Automation Test scripts
Involve in design/update Automation reusable Framework as per requirement.
Test Reporting and Testing Sign off documents (Test Summary).
Coordinating with stakeholders/Development Team/Business Analysts/Third Party Vendors
Team Management, Work allocation, Work review, Defect Triage
Ability to lead the project and guide the junior testers
Good math and analytical skills
Good in verbal and written communication
Should be able to prepare Test deliverables on project completion.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education: Preferably B-Tech/MCA in Computer Applications / Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Team Leading and Management skills
Working experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Working Exp in Java, Selenium web driver, Automation reusable Framework.
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) would be an added advantage.
Good to have experience in any Content Management tool.
Testing knowledge – writing test cases, scenarios, preparing test plans, estimation,
Testing (functional, Integration, System, UAT),
Defect Management – experience in QC/JIRA/Azure
Working awareness of other MS applications (word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Should be very good in written and verbal communication
Should be very good in Client Interaction
Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills
Proactive in taking initiatives
Good Problem resolution skill
Adaptability to change.
Escalate issues if required.
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training – if required)
Good to have ISTQB Certification or any Testing certification
Good to have Automation tool Certification
