About the role:
• Manage the delivery of UAT Releases and Change Requests and ensure deliverables are met as per the project plan by addressing any issues, risks and changes which emerge during testing.
• Develop test plans ensuring established standards and guidelines are followed to meet the highest level of quality
• Develop, review and maintain RTM, test cases and test scripts from Requirement document / User stories
• Embed test automation culture in team, Drive automation agenda for the team across applications.
• Provide management with reports on problem resolutions and test progress
• Coordinate with cross functional teams from Business, IT and third-party providers ensuring that changes being introduced into live environment are tested efficiently
• Ensure any risk associated with the agreed test strategy and the system test plan are clearly documented and communicated with senior stakeholders
• Manage and Support BVT across multiple applications.
What will your day look like
• Lead the delivery of UAT/BVT as per project plan without any unreasonable slippages.
• Test Design, Test Execution for requirements
• Defect leakage as per SOW, of testing scope items with respect to Defect in Production.
• No Defect leakage from BVT activities
• Standardisation/Improvisation of the testing process to reduce testing time cycle
• Build and maintain close working relationship with Operations and BA team to understand, enhance product/process knowledge
• Provide Implementation Support to countries during Warranty period
• Perform Business Verification Testing to make sure there is no leakage to production
• Ensure compliance with the process to deliver the test outcomes
• Ensure Testing accuracy
• Contribute towards ideas on improvement in testing Process
• Collaborate with multiple Ops/tech teams and support to ensure that delivery timelines are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team by sharing best practices
• Train Ops / Business users if required on testing methodologies
• Ensure adherence to the ANZ Policies and Process
What will you bring?
Software testing experience of 8+ years with expertise on testing methodologies and testing practices
Experience in handling Testing projects end to end with proven team management skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills, communication, and presentation skills
Payment's domain knowledge desirable
Automation knowledge desirable
Experience in managing Agile projects and tools like Jira, Confluence
