Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Finastra QA team for Fusion Banking Corporate Channels your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Responsible for analysing requirements as per functional, customer flows and technical specifications.
To develop and review test cases including end to end workflows
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with dynamically changing requirements
Do test execution and maintain test environment and test data
Report software issues, work closely with the development team to fix them and validate provided solutions
Contribute to all software testing types like functional, regression, automation, documentation
The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
The role reports into Expert Software Engineer
Must have first class Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Master’s in computers from an accredited college/ university
1-2 years of experience in testing enterprise class applications in product development environment preferably banking products.
Testing experience on J2EE based web applications.
Expertise in automation using Selenium or Robot framework
Good working experience in Core Java/Python/Jython
Having experience in performance testing using LoadRunner is an added advantage.
Knowledge on database testing
Ability to understand & analyse the complete requirements and write effective test cases.
Ability to proactively identify the issues at the earlier cycles of development & testing.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Should have “Can Do” attitude
Nice to have
Knowledge on testing applications for accessibility a plus
Experience in deploying the builds and maintaining the QA VMs is a plus
Experience in working in agile/DevOps environment is a plus
Knowledge on testing REST APIs/WebServices a plus
Experience in testing the SDK
