9+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years of experience in leading mobile platform/app/ web testing, preferably in a product development organization
Worked with global customers with team members spread across multiple geographies
Knowledge and experience of working in Agile, Scrum
Ability to structure test plans based on business requirements and its priorities
Ability to work with changing priorities or blockers and provide alternative approaches in execution
Hands-on experience in various testing tools for functional, performance, security, automation etc.
Exposure to various test mgmt. tools for test case management, defect tracking and reporting.
Understanding of Configuration and Release Management tools and processes
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills, with ability to do root cause analysis
Great communication ability (both verbal and written)
Have managed the time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong people management skills, who can direct, manage and motivate the team
Attention to details, results orientated, high focus on quality and passion for learning new skills
