Primary Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing and maintaining UAT Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Summary documentation
Reviews UAT scenarios/Test cases with Business users and SMES and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Execution of test cases to ensure it confirms business requirement
Create defects and track it till closure
Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, while meeting all project-related deadlines
Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ
Work independently on projects, where tasks are self-determined and not specifically assigned
Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create / analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated
Work closely with the Project Team to identify risks and UAT scope early in the project lifecycle
Build positive professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
2 – 3 years of QA and UAT testing experience for enterprise-level applications, including developing and implementing effective test plans and test cases within the Software Development Life Cycle
1+ years of experience using test management tools such as Application Lifecycle Management and CA Rally
Experience in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Experience in using test management tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management and CA Rally
Experience in any test automation tool like UFT/Selenium
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at both an individual and team level
