Key Competencies / Skills:
Experience in understanding complex test requirements understanding and execution of web and non-web applications
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology (Agile/Scrum)
Hands-on experience with database management systems with SQL
Experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, ALM, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), JIRA, etc.
Experience with Document Management tools like Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members
An excellent individual contributor, should be available to interact with US counterparts on regular basis
Must be detail oriented and possess a desire to deliver high quality products
Excellent logical and analytical skills, ability to solve problems with minimal help
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
2 to 4 years of experience in software testing practices and methodologies
