Primary responsibilities will include:
Understanding the design for enhancements in the product and developing accordingly; actively participating in Design discussions
Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, suggesting solutions to resolve issues/areas of concern
Testing and Unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite
Stabilization and maintenance of the Product Suite
Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and input
Developing testable, re-usable, efficient, legible code for enhancements in Product Suite
Analyzing root cause of issues and suggesting areas for improvement
Actively contributing to meet the team commitments
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
BE/BTech/MCA
Experience with C, Java
Experience with JavaScript and testing tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with testing models
Debugging and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices
Familiarity with Test Life Cycle and methodologies
Bug management experience
