Purpose of the position:
Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
What you’ll need to succeed:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Design, develop and execute detail-oriented manual/automation test scripts based on product specifications
Actively participate in test planning discussions to assure automation coverage is continuously improving
Constantly improve test efficiency and scope.
Collaborate with peer testers and developers to improve testing processes
Develop automated/manual test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements
Execute test scripts during Customer-specific system testing
Document test issues and work with the development team
Communicate with customers about deliveries.
Analyse root cause of automation test script failures
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
2+ Years of manual\automation testing experience preferably in the Port Terminal Operations domain
Any Engineering degree with Strong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skills
Experience in Linux and Windows platform
Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing them in a productive manner
Work closely with customers to fulfil their operational needs
Isolate the Issues reported from Production and bring them to the closure
Support customers when there are operational issues
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and Cassandra
Knowledge of Git branching structures and repositories
Experience with Robot Framework
Expertise in Python and Jenkins
