Be part of GOT QA family to handle Quality assurance along with enhancing the overall Automation coverage.

• Manage test execution of project feeding into the quarterly releases; ensuring smooth delivery and driving towards application quality (Including organizing walkthroughs with BA’s and walkthroughs with business)

• Provides regular status reporting to key stakeholders including progress, risks, issues and mitigation steps

• You possess excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and ability to own problems through to resolution

• You demonstrate ability to effectively work both independently and within multi-functional project teams than span multiple time-zones

• A proven ability to pick up and learn a wide range of new technologies and topics

• You are a self-starter, being able to take ownership of tasks on short-notice and work under stress & challenging deadlines

• You can code as an Automation engineer and help with automation framework creation/execution.

• You are well versed with CI/CD pipeline and related tool sets.

Your skills and experience 
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Must have:
IT Degree desirable
2 - 7 years of professional experience

Required Skill-Set:
Proven experience in BDD/TDD process
Very strong testing fundamentals
Banking knowledge especially Settlement processing would be advantageous
Proficient in bug tracking and test management tool-sets (JIRA,SVN,HP-ALM, X-Ray)
Experience with Test Automation tooling e.g. UFT, Selenium, Cucumber
Strong experience in database driven testing & validating millions of records
Strong experience in Test Strategy, test plan, Test design, test execution traceability matrix, test report and ensure usage of tools for optimization
Team-player - highly proactive team-player eager to support your colleagues when needed
You are prepared to tackle responsibility for tasks and work independently
You present excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge or basic experience of agile development processes (SCRUM) is a great plus
Knowledge of software engineering lifecycle process is a plus
You have strong communication skill and vendor handling experience

Nice to have:
Agile Software Life cycle.
Experience with Performance Toolsets – Load Runner, JMeter
