Job Duties:
Product Features Delivery
Work with RPA CoE Engineering team to ensure timely deliveries of the new automations
Ensure the team is unblocked on all the engineering tasks
Work with business leaders to identify and analyze the candidate processes for automation
Customer Orientation
Provide production support for the internal and external customers
Be Customer and Partner Facing, able to manage an external relationship.
Serve as an escalation path for production and user support cases
Agile Execution
Lead and refine development and release processes for multiple product lines
Track and improve agile team efficiency.
Plan and execute feature development.
Monitor client projects and solve problems to keep projects moving forward.
Drive practice improvements such as documenting business processes and proposing best practices for sales and use tax automation initiatives to streamline the customer onboarding experience.
Develop and document business requirements related to business processes, data transformation and reporting.
Assist clients with developing and executing testing plans and procedures.
Support the sales and account management teams in selling additional tax and professional services.
Enforce QA best practices
Track and report on quality goals
Deliver business needs around high availability and high transactional throughput
Be aware of the latest trends in technologies and engineering practices in the RPA world
Spearhead various Research and Development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes.
Actively participate in architecture and design discussions.
Qualifications
Must - Have:
Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and automation
Experience in leading a large RPA initiative from an Engineering perspective.
Experience in Continuous Integration
Experience working with Service Now, JIRA and Confluence
Understanding of security protocols and best practices
Good -To- Have:
Working experience on any RPA platform preferably UiPath
Intelligent Process Automation solutions using AI/ML
C# or Java, SQL, Rest, Microservices
