Key responsibilities:
Implement QA process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle.
Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing. Should be creative and proactive thinker to make use of current technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures.
Mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework
Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data
Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed
Execute automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation
Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development
Required Qualifications:
Technology Leader : 13+ years of related technology and domain experience with technology degree from tier1 college.
Strong technologist with hands-on experience in QA - Manual and Automation.
Strong experience in managing automation test projects
Hands-on Technology Experience (Must have):
Hands-on expertise in Test Automation and setting up/creating Automation Frameworks.
Strong SQL skills and/or data validation
Frontend and backend automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, UFT etc
Hands on experience on Programming Languages - Java, Python, JS
Good understanding of CI/CD
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
