Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Plan, Design a framework to convert manual data entry, configuration and set up, and user acceptance tests into automated testing processes.
Visualize, design, develop, and test automation of business processes using market-leading tools and solutions.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that automate processes between multiple systems.
Own and manage automation infrastructure.
Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
Mentor and coach cross-functional team on process automation and testing.
Work with internal or external customers as part of the professional services team to evaluate areas of opportunity and build efficiencies in the onboarding process.
Skills and Experience needed for the position:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Creative, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies
Ability to understand and write code C/C++, C#, Java, Python, or other high-level languages
Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
4+ years of experience with Software QA automation or process automation.
Good computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, problem-solving, and data structures
Strong Interpersonal skills are required as well as confidence and the ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members
