Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding the business requirements and Ownership of testing Che functionalities to ensure it meets the requirements.
Work in Agile environment and should be able to use DevOps tools for automating the testing.
Demos to Operations/ End Users on the new features and shares test results with all stakeholders, ensures End user Quality of the product
Periodically reviews the scripts and optimizes the test pack as per the latest builds/ new technology stacks
Builds overaII test strategy. Should be able to liaise with Manager/ Leads and Operations/ Business to capture Functional and Non — Functional requirements to build an overall test strategy for the program
Builds Test Data Management strategies
Partner with global stakeholders and to ensure high quality delivery

Required Skillset
Strong analytical skills in designing test scenarios using requirements, user stories
Motivated, self—driven and possesses excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
Hands—On expertise in executing complex test cases using ALM/JIRA. String in testing processes and SDLC
Automation frameworks and best practices, able to design frameworks for new applications
Automation Tools— Java Frameworks, Selenium / Protractor, Windows based Applications—Test Complete/ UFT
Automated tests for GUI, backend, services, and databases
Scripting: Java / Java Script/ Typescript/ Python, C#
Knowledge on - API Testing (SOAPUI, POSTMAN), UI, Performance —(JMeter etc.) .
Should be well versed with agile methodologies — BDD, TDD, CI/CD etc. Strong understanding of QA KPIs
Working knowledge on BDD Framework: Cucumber/ Concordian
Should have good understanding of CI/CD frameworks such as Train Jenkins Framework/ TeamCity / TC pipeline
Strong in writing SQL Queries, operating knowledge of Unix systems and Shell scripting

Desired Skillset
Prior experience in Investment Banking domain
Knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading Life Cycle, back—office operations like Corporate Actions, Settlements & Clearance, Tax Reporting
