We are hiring an Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Automating Database to join our team.
• Total working experience: 5 + years in multiple Business Domains.
• Ability to lead test activities in different phases from Test Planning to Test Closure.
• Strong in database, writing basic and complex queries using SQL.
• Working experience in Snowflake and Oracle client.
• Experience in Data Mining and Data Massaging activities.
• Proven experience in Data Migration, Archival and Purging scenarios testing.
• Expertise in automating Database validations using Selenium with TestNG or any other framework.
• Hands on experience in automation testing methodologies using Selenium.
• Proven experience in different frameworks like Keyword Driven, Test Driven or BDD.
• Experience in running Defect management process effectively.
• Creating, Organizing, and managing Test Automation Resources.
• Creating, Enhancing, debugging and Running Automation scripts.
• Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.
• Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues.
• Co-coordinating Test team members and Development team to resolve the issues.
• Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic situations.
• Leading & mentoring small-sized teams.
Must Have’s:
• Strong knowledge in Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Strong knowledge in Database, writing basic and complex queries in SQL.
• Working experience in Snowflake and Oracle client.
• Experience in Data Mining and Data Massaging activities.
• Proven experience in Data Migration, Archival and Purging scenarios testing.
• Expertise in automating database validations, data mining and data massaging using Selenium with any framework.
• Ability to design and implement different Automation Frameworks from scratch.
• Ability to setup test environment (Maven Integration, Selenium Web Driver, Java, Test NG, Reporting and Jenkins)
• Experience with working on Agile development methodology.
• Facilitates all project related status meetings and communications with IT team members and our Business Partners to ensure projects are on target to meet their deadlines.
• Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
Good to Have:
• Experience in API Testing using SOAP UI or POSTMAN.
• Experience in Web Application automation would be an added advantage.
• Experience in testing responsive web design is a plus
