Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities: -
•    Implement QA process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle
•    Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously
•    Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge into the team
•    Assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events
•    Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance
•    Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamline release management to QA Environments
•    Participate in multiple meetings with IT owners, business owners and product or team members
•    Response to technical queries 
•    Describing Existing Automation Architecture, Participate in Design and Architecture 
•    Meeting Test Suite integration with CICD tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•    Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree B.E. in CS, IS, IT, EC, Aviation or B.C.A. or M.C.A.
•    8-10 years of experience in Automation Testing on Desktop, Web and Mobile Applications
•    Experience on Test Automation Tools – commercial and/or open-source tools (Eggplant/UFT/Test Complete/Ranorex/Appium/Winium…)
•    Certification on any Test Automation Tool
•    Built automation framework from scratch 
•    Team lead experience, train and mentor new members in the team
•    Experience of test automation integration with CICD tools

Technical
•    Experience in delivering test automation services to complex projects.
•    Proficient in test automation tools / frameworks
•    General Project Management
•    Client Management (Internal/External)
•    Proficient in understanding requirements, design specifications, and testing strategy to: architect a suitable automation framework
•    Develop test automation processes, coding standards, templates
•    Exceptional in test automation tools: to deliver test automation on desktop / web / mobile platforms
•    Exceptional in testing processes and testing metrics to: plan and monitor automation ROI
