Responsibilities:
Support the entire application lifecycle - concept, design, test, release, and support
Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Design interfaces to improve user experience
In a nutshell, you will be working with an extension of the Product Team where your day to-day tasks will include Automation Testing and Quality Assurance.
Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a test automation engineer.
Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Katalan Studio, etc.
Ability to design and develop robust testing frameworks for mobile and web applications.
A keen eye for detail.
Great communication skills to convey the issue to the development team.
International testing certifications (eg. ISTQB) would be a plus but not absolutely required.
