Conduct Training and Assessments for freshers.
Create Training Courseware and Artifacts.
Mentoring of fresher batches.
Coordinating with stakeholders(LnD, BU, External) for training and assessment.
Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.
Primary Skills
Candidate is expected to have atleast one Primary and one/more Secondary competencies in below domains:
Web Basic, RDBMS, Manual Testing, JIRA, Agile, Selenium, BDD with Cucumber, API Testing, Core Java, VBSript, Python, QTP/UFT - V&V Trainer
Secondary Skills
Should have good communication skill.
Should be smart and enjoy his/her work.
