Qualification/Skills:
10+ years QA experience
Hands on experience in Software Development/Quality Engineering with Testing experience (white box + black box, automation infrastructure development, functional testing)
Expertise in tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JBehave, Cucumber-JVM, Postman, SOAPUI for API etc
Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript and/or databases and SQL
Hands on experience in Maven, Bitbucket and Jenkins
Knowledge of continuous integration testing
Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes
Administration experience of JIRA bug tracking databases including setup of workflows relevant for their teams
Experience coordinating with external QA resources
Knowledge of Cloud systems would be added advantage
Proven track record to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with frequent context switching.
Good to have experience in Jmeter, Zap proxy testing or any other security testing tool
Good to have knowledge on DevOps
QA Responsibilities
Experience development of the QA strategy, test design/plan, test automation framework, and drive test execution for consumer banking group.
Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, regression etc. are getting covered
Ensure the team is focusing on test automation
Work closely with project team to implement CI/CD pipelines
Work closely on the deadlines of the project.
