Work closely with development team and technical product managers to gather requirements for new features and change requests
Identify the test scenarios and required tools to test for the embedded controllers.
Create test cased out of test scenarios with 100% test coverage.
Defect identification, reporting and re verifying the defects post fix release
Support the (internal) team in delivering quality features, debugging issues, and providing incident responses.
Define, Document, and Evolve best practices.
Provide demos, test case reviews, and recommendations to help the team and others to be more productive and deliver a better product
Set and strive toward reaching professional development goals
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or equivalent discipline with (2-4) years of relevant work experience in test automation using Python
Extremely proficient with Automation frameworks and Communication protocols like RS232/485, Ethernet, ZigBee, BT, and Wi-Fi and its python libraries
Proficient with Test Life Cycle and Defect life cycle
Strong knowledge of embedded controllers and their architectures.
Good knowledge of various types of testing like functional, regression, integration, and performance etc.,
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
