We are looking for a Technical and Functional testing engineer in core sub-ledger application, who is able to help manage all aspects of testing.
The candidate must have ability to:
Involve in all phases of testing and provide Front-to-Back test solution
Partner and collaborate with PM’s, BA’s and Dev teams to ensure the delivery of suitable, effective and cost-efficient techno-functional testing services
Champion of Shift left testing and automation
Strategize and implement infrastructure automation
To excel in this role, you must have:
Good technical skills and attitude to learn with 4- 10 years of experience preferably on ETL Tools and automation
General Skills:
Problem solver with a positive personality and passionate about teamwork
Automation Champion and open for continuous learning
Good soft skills, including communication, time management and stakeholder management
Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good collaboration skills for working with global colleagues in different region
Technical Skills:
Good technical knowledge on Unix/Linux and exposure to Database/SQL, UNIX, ETL/Informatica and applications like Java
Skills in testing complex business flows
Good understanding of Functional vs Non Functional testing aspects
Passion for crafting and executing test plans
Preferably, proficient with Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Execution and Defect
Management and hands on experience in managing defect triage calls
Agile methodology working experience and related tools i.e. Jira, Confluence
Good to have automation skills on Unix shell scripting, Python, React, Jenkins/CI/CD
