Collaborate with clients to understand scope, architecture and suggest optimum testing scope for the projects
Translate business requirement to technical requirement and document the same as part of an RTM
Author test approach and walkthrough the same with collaborators
Develop and complete ETL scripts using manual or tools pertaining to the project
Track and maintain process and documentation subject area expected as per standards
Perform analysis on priority issues from Production and help in root cause analysis for the same.
Mentor and coach team members, author and walkthrough test reports with relevant team members
Essential for the role:
9+ experience on ETL Testing with good experience working in Data Engineering projects and Enterprise Datawarehouse systems.
Experience writing complex SQL queries and validation of Enterprise Data Warehouse Applications.
Working in a complete Agile model
Hands-on experience to assess ETL estimates and tasks
Strong in validation of Visual Analytics reports using tools like Power BI, Microstrategy, etc.
Strong in ETL Testing with any industry ETL tool like Talend, Informatica, Data Stage.
Good knowledge in any RDBMS like AWS Redshift/Postgres//Snowflake.
Identifies, manages, and resolves defects during testing cycles demonstrating a test management tool like JIRA, HP ALM. Also, supports or leads UAT process, when appropriate.
Should be strong in testing fundamentals.

Experience working with global stakeholders
IT Experience in working with Clinical Trial datasets.
Hands-on experience in Python using packages such as Pandas and Great Expectations
Automated testing using DBT Frameworks
Hands-on experience of implementing tests in CI/CD Pipeline.
UNIX and shell programming knowledge.
Working with API testing and data extraction testing from API.
