We are now looking for a Functional Tester to handle the Product testing within the Product Development teams in Ericsson Chennai. The role will include requirement analysis, detailed study into the product features, drafting the test requirements and creating automation suites for testing of the product.
What you will do
Be required to draft functional test cases and implement them.
Be expected to create original and reusable automation suites covering the various test scenarios
Establish the test scope and test environment!
Drive continuous improvements in test area!
Ensure product quality within approved cost & time.
Be expected to Innovate and improve the overall test frameworks and quality standards of the product.
Share knowledge and learning.
You will bring
Education: Masters or Bachelors in Engineering.
Min years of experience: 8
Domain experience: BSS
Linux with test automation knowledge.
Robot Framework or Selenium framework.
Solid knowledge in Kubernetes, Helm and Dockers.
Good knowledge in UI testing.
Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
Knowledge on python and or any other scripting language is mandatory.
