Candidates will be expected to perform both Automation and Functional Testing for the Audit space. This will entail regression/reconciliation and new feature testing of the platform during both Continuous Delivery and Release phases. The role requires End to end automated testing with particular focus on data integrity, performance, and presentation quality.
The role will require proficiency in all aspects of software development, including:
Proven ability to write automated tests
Detailed understanding of common defect and data-management tools
Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies
Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals
Proficiency in a business function, and some understanding of the broader business context
Good Knowledge on Test Automation Tools (Selenium, Soap UI) and Services testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman)
Good Knowledge on Test Framework Design for Web Application, Mobile Applications and Desktop Applications (Hybrid, Cucumber, Data Driven, Behavior Driven Development)
Good Knowledge on Scripting Language (Java, Visual Basic)
Good Knowledge on Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tools (Jules/Jenkins) and Build Management Tool - Maven
Good Knowledge on Source/configuration management Tools- GIT/ BitBucket
Strong Problem Isolation and Analytical Skills
Schedule and Execute regression cycles daily
Experience of working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
