Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding/discuss requirements with product owners
Creation and execution of test scripts/test plan (manual and automation)
Implementation of automation scripts.
Updating tasks, test cases and defects on daily basis
Reporting to senior team about status and present reports
Organize, monitor defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests.
Co-ordinate with scrum teams for daily work progress.
Interact with offshore team for management and resolution of issues.
Must Have Skills:
Experience in testing of mobile and web applications.
Well versed with QA process and creation of test cases/plan/reports
Hands-on experience in functional and performance automation.
Should have experience in API testing. (Postman, swagger, or relevant tools)
Experience in one or more automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium
Should have good understanding and hands-on experience on concepts like BDD, POM
Candidate should be well versed with automation framework design patterns.
Hands-on experience on programming language Java, JavaScript, Typescript etc.
Knowledge and experience in CI/CD tools and its integration is a big plus.
Good analytical skills to understand requirements and identify complex scenarios
Ability to work individually and in a team as and when required.
Should have good communication skill to interact and work with offshore teams.
Good to Have Skills: SQL, CI/CD.
