Responsibilities for QA Automation Engineer

1. Design and implement testing plans for the web and mobile applications (IOS and Android) for coindhan.com
2. Set up the test automation framework and automate test cases wherever possible.
3. Create a testing suite with reporting framework which can quickly analyze failures.
4. Define testing guidelines and processes for dev teams.
5. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
6. Identify gaps in product quality and create test strategy accordingly.
7. Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
8. Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.

Qualifications

1. 2.5+ years of experience in automation testing in product based company is preferred
2. Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber.
3. Experience in various types of testing like API, Sanity, Regression, User acceptance testing.
4. Experience setting up a testing framework from scratch for the new product (web and mobile-based).
5. Should have experience in both mobile and web testing.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Ruby.
