• Drive testing automation for all existing systems / web properties
• Develop automation test suites for Consumer facing web applications, API's, and Database components
• Recommend and implement technology, techniques, and tools in support of automation and elimination of manual testing
• Oversee quality testing deliverables including validating the completeness, accuracy, and quality of test plans, execution, and test case results
• Execute white box, black box, and manual testing when needed
• Drive performance testing including gathering performance-testing requirements, setting performance parameters/metrics, development and execution of test scripts, and final review with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Product Owners & SMEs to perform detailed requirements analysis
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to provision required test infrastructures and environments
• Drive cross functional integration testing within Technology teams and with third parties
• Troubleshoot production issues and monitor system stability
• Communication with the Test Lead / Test Manager/Client
• Experience in working on the test management tools like JIRA, ALM etc
• Minimum of 6 years experience in testing preferably in Senior lead role
• Strong knowledge and experience with test methodologies, QA process, and software release cycle.
• Experience in Preparing Test Scenarios, Test Cases for Module, Integration, System testing and Regression testing.
• Leading the testing team through analyzing and developing requirements into test cases/conditions
• Facilitating development and execution of testing artifacts (test plan, traceability matrix, test case/scripts, test data etc.) to thoroughly test software and ensure its defect free.
• Maintain industry standard best practices to ensure team review of defects in assessing system quality and help find root causes. Document test results, report and defects triaging/resolution.
• Support system release and validation on the functionality – pre and post release to include all levels of testing: unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing.
