Duties and Responsibilities:
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
Monitor debugging process results.
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent education required.
Level of Experience - 5 to 8 years
Experience with software design, debugging including inter-process communication and multi-threading techniques is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP protocols, TR-69, TR-98, TR-181
Skill set for QA:
TR-69, TR-98, TR-181 knowledge is additional advantage.
