Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team providing testing solutions to software products by testing using the model based development tools and automating the processes using the inbuild software tools, open source tools available in market
This involves not limited to write scripts to automate the process, carry out the tests suites in a hardware -in -loop environment, do experiments with model based tools in supporting technology development., by interacting with developers, test team members and peers
The work involves high level of understanding the requirements of features developed in Vestas Products, environment in which testing is performed with close collaboration with Technical leads
You will be also responsible for documenting and presenting your work in a precise way to your internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Education Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ME - Controls, Embedded, Electrical
5-6 years Project Experience in following areas
Knowledge on Electrical Systems - Generation and control
Knowledge on Test Scripts development in any programming Knowledge
Knowledge or Desire to Work in Test Setup Hardware trouble shooting
Interest and knowledge with product or technology development. experience in Jenkins, GiT
Fundamental knowledge of testing methodologies, strategy, approach, management, process and defect management
Competencies
You are very good at Networking, VMware and setting up data centers along with testing of images
Have a good understanding of Electrical systems, power systems, control systems, grids, power generation etc
You are innovative, problem-solving, results-oriented and have a solid sense of responsibility
You are able to meet your deadlines with the good quality output
You have a creative approach to new opportunities and out of box thought process
You achieve goals as part of a team and it comes naturally to you to collaborate and share knowledge
You have good communication & presentation skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing)
