Key Responsibilities:
Ensure practices and process are followed from team.
Daily reporting to QA Lead on testing progress, defects, project risks and impact to Automation.
Support the team in manual testing coverage to progress integrations & support regression.
Support the growing Automation coverage.
Ability to hold weekly 1:1 sessions with each team member and help facilitate performance reviews supporting the team to grow in their role.
Develop and maintain test suites both to verify new feature requirements while building a maintainable clean base regression coverage.
Risk Assessment – driving collaborative conversations with the dev team to identify risk areas.
Problem solving and issue resolution. Help with support tickets investigating and reproducing issues reported. Ensuring that test coverage is updated to identify any feature coverage gaps.
Manage and communicate to all stakeholders on testing progression including any roadblocks or risks to the project and Automation coverage.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary degree, in Computer Science or similar and relevant experience in the field.
8+ years Testing experience.
Experience in the practical application of SDLC.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently.
Mentoring the team around good practices and visibility.
Flexibility, as product development requires constant innovation and learning.
