Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 10 years of experience with IT
Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
Should have Strong leadership skills and proven experience leading test teams. Candidates must have applied their knowledge of testing processes to own outcomes.
At least 4 years experience owning test strategy and approach for large programs.
At least 4 years of experience building automation frameworks and suites
At least 2 years of experience in leading automation test teams.
Must have exposure to API automation, data tier automation, UI automation, mobile automation.
Must have proven experience with automated test data management.
Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Proven experience with global delivery models including handling onsite calls and coordination for large offshore teams.
Expertise in test estimations and proposal evaluation.
Mandatory Technical Skill
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in automation testing
Hands-on experience in Selenium, Java ( minimum 4 years).
Hands-on experience with SaaS testing such as testing for any one of Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, JDA or Workday
Minimum 4 years proven experience building and delivering test planning and approach creation for large projects and programs in the retail space.
Deep understanding of Dev-ops and proven experience implementing testing for DevOps.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of 12-20 QA analysts, both staff and contract, onsite and remote.
