• 8+ Years Proven experience and expertise in Manual(Web and Mobile) and Automation testing and sound knowledge of both
• Oversee aspects of quality assurance and quality control including incorporating metrics, proper implementation of processes
• Excellent knowledge about Agile methodology
• Lead agile planning from a QA perspective, provide estimates and task follow up
• Be responsible for quality of the project to be delivered
• Sound knowledge of automation using tools such as Selenium (with Java), API automation using Rest-Assured or Postman or Katalon Studio
• Ability to translate business requirements into test cases/test scripts with maximum coverage and guide team members in achieving it
• Hire, train and mentor QAs
• A go-getter with a can-do attitude in competitive business and technical environment
• Good knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Nice to have skills
• Knowledge of performance testing and its implementation using JMeter
• Experience with mobile automation using tools such as Appium or Katalon Studio
