As a Lead Quality Assurance Architect, you will be responsible for designing highly complex modules, critical components or a whole application/product. You will be seen as a technical expert for design and development. You will develop a roadmap for architecture, scalability, availability and performance for integrating multiple systems.
As a Lead Quality Assurance Architect, you will be responsible for:
Providing expertise in Design, Architecture, Development, Continuous Integration and Delivery to ensure constant innovation
Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
Leading impact assessments and decisions related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations and implementation strategy
Aligning solutions to meet market needs based on in-depth knowledge of customers industry and technology
Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate
Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly analytical
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of relevant experience
Be able to build value proposition with total customer focus
Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
Be an expert in API Testing , IOT based application (REST/SOAP web service testing),BDD (preferably cucumber),core Java & selenium
Have hands-on experience with database design and optimization using databases like Postgre SQL or My SQL or any other leading DB
Have experience in designing and deploying cloud agnostic application (deployed on public/private cloud or on-premise servers) would be an added advantage
Improving QA work procedures, guidelines, strategies and working environment for the team.
Have Understanding deeply the product implementations, the requirements world and the relevant market in which we operate.
Improve and implement QA goals and review of processes in the team.
QA Architect will help the organization to create a solid, strong and valuable QA Team.
Have excellent leadership and communication skills and should be Detail-oriented and highly analytical
