Develop in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality.
Create effective test plans with focus on business level testing within and across applications.
Analyze user stories and defects to create and maintain internal and client facing test cases.
Drive and test weekly software releases in client facing test and production environments.
User acceptance testing of new features and enhancements.
Understand severity and priority of defects, test scenarios and business impacts.
Track, identify and promptly report defects that may affect product quality.
Engage and collaborate with project owners on status, blocking issues and process.
Participate in retrospective sessions and bring forward improvement recommendations.
Support client implementations and go-live for multiple products.
Support the testing efforts of early adopter and cloud migration projects.
Leverage automation framework to develop and maintain test automation scripts.
Work closely with test automation engineers to optimize the test run process.
Required Qualification:
8-10 years’ experience in Functional/Automation testing
Test scenario\Test case design skills and Knowledge of quality standards
Experience in UI, smoke, E2E, integration and performance testing
Experience in feature beta testing, Early Adopter, or user acceptance testing.
Database and Writing SQL queries (Intermediate)
Knowledge on Bug life cycle & Agile methodology
Selenium (Basics)
Programming skills (Basics)
Test automation skills (Selenium) – Intermediate
