Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality service pack releases
Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of the Kronos Workforce application.
Ensuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platforms
Responsible & Accountable for the quality of the product for the project.
Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC
Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviews
Good experience in SQL Server / Any database
Good experience in Manual and Functional testing
Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Sc./Engineering from top colleges of state universities and other good engineering institutes with 60% throughout academics.
Degrees attained B.Tech /B.E./MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science / IT and related field.
5-8 Yrs. IT industry experience working with product companies and top tier service level organization.
Experience with software test automation tool(s) like SOAP UI, Selenium using frameworks and descriptive programming will be an added advantage.
Good experience in test management tools like ALM, JIRA
Good at problem solving with excellent documentation and communication skills
Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through
Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
Experience in testing using various Windows environments
