Should be Certified Scrum Master.
Experience with Manual Testing, Strong QC, and QA concepts.
Experience with different testing types like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, White box/ black box, etc.
Experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
Experience in DB testing like MySQL, Rest API Testing using Postman, or any other similar tool.
Experience in Automation Testing using Java + Selenium (Jmeter and appium)
Good to have experience or basic knowledge in Katalon Studio.
Perform Database Testing.
Experience in creating test artifacts (Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Defect Reports).
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TFS, Bugzilla, or QC (Quality Centre).
Awareness of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA standards.
Good to have a certified product owner.
Strategic Skills:
Analyzing the requirements of the client and participating in preparing Test Plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify programming errors or inconsistencies.
Define QA team strategy and roadmap, and drive adoption of test infrastructure across several areas.
Expand and leverage the infrastructure; focus on QA engineer experience, integration, and scalability.
Drive product excellence by understanding metrics for code quality, release velocity, and improvements to products using tools and infrastructure.
Be part of a cross-functional Scrum team that develops and supports the product. Will be working hand in hand with the other RD functions.
Team Management Skills:
Manage QA engineers, including all aspects of career development and mentoring.
Work closely with project teams and collaborate with senior leadership on a daily basis.
Performing assessment of the ability of self and team members, providing feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Handle local and global customers by analyzing and resolving product issues.
