Sysvine is looking for dynamic leaders in software quality engineering who have the principle of delivering high-quality software should lead & mentor a team of 30 engineers, develop testing strategies, oversee automation, drive quality initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
12+ years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring large SDET teams
Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium and JUnit.
Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps/QAOps practices is a plus.

Education/Specific Knowledge
Bachelor’s or Above Degree in any discipline
