Key Responsibilities-
Ensure requirements are understood by communicating with all stakeholders.
Work in tandem with Development, Product Design, and other cross teams to ensure the timely availability of Software for testing purposes.
Provide high-level and low-level estimates in order to plan the delivery effectively.
Mitigate risks and provide enough visibility during the SDLC lifecycle.
Plan ahead to ensure adequate staffing requirements are met.
Improve the continuous testing process to ensure the tests are automated
Participate in Department level initiatives and bring adequate process implementation
Work with the QA team members and ensure the team is aligned with the Organizational goals.
The Requirements - What Skills do you Need?
8+ years of experience in Manual testing and minimum 1 years experience on Automation testing
Working on SaaS products would be an added advantage
Prior experience leading/managing a team
Understands and operates well in a typical product startup environment
Has experience owning E2E delivery of one or more product suites
Should be able to work with the team members and ensure high performance
Voices out concerns and drives process improvements for a positive impact on the product delivery
