Design and development of reports and dashboards to implement future requirements in line with the business strategy and market requirements
You are part of an agile and highly motivated DevOps team
You will support the team (developers and testers ) for guiding that pipeline between incidents and tests. You will guide on right testing and RCA practices related to product topics, in order to improve quality
You will plan, create and manage the test strategy, overall tests scenario and related documentation
Your emphasis would be on testing current products and identify gaps from Quality perspective, generate testing solutions to identified product problems
You will investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Product Development- & Business teams to ensure consistent project execution, will be your default way of working
Experience in testing products built with technologies – Java, Javascript, Angular JS, Oracle/any equivalent RDBMS
Experience with one or more software QA processes and knowledge of tools/frameworks like: Selenium, BlazeMeter, Gatling, Kotlin, HP UFT, TestNG, Robot Framework
Familiarity with Unit/API testing tools/frameworks like Junit, JaCoCo, Cucumber, RestAssured, Postman,etc
Expertise in any of the performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
Inclination to know and work in the periphery around Test automation usually knowledge and experience of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, jfrong , security tooling, versioning systems like Gitlab
Awareness of OSS
You will participate/Lead continuous improvement projects
On a regular intervals, you will collect quality data, prepare and present reports and metrics to Management and foster shared understanding within the team

The cornerstone of your professional success is a degree in Computer Science, IT or other Engineering streams. Alternatively, you can show a comparable education/training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications which are relevant for the role of tester preferably but not limited in the domain of Business Project Management
10+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Test Engineer
Good grasping and solid acumen to understand complex functional areas in the domain of Business Project Management/Risk & Opportunity Management /Quality Management
Critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting are must for this role
Broad experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, Behavior-Driven Development
Ability to strategize Test Management and Execution
Experience in designing and contributing to Automation Testing framework
Good liaising skills with Business stakeholders and Customers to understand and crystalize requirements
