About the role:
• Lead the Release and Change Management UAT and ensure timely delivery of scope items
• Develop, review and maintain RTM / Test cases / Test scenarios from user stories / requirements
• Drive overall UAT automation agenda in project team, contribute to scripting /maintaining test automation scripts
• Provide management team / stakeholders with regular status reports about test progress and problems faced
• Coordinate with cross functional teams from Business, IT and third-party vendors ensuring that changes being introduced into live environment are tested efficiently
• Manage the UAT team deliverables by addressing any issues, risks and changes which emerge during testing.
• Ensure any risk associated with the agreed test strategy and the system test plan are clearly documented and communicated with senior stakeholders
• Prepare Phase Test Plan and Phase Test Summary Report by working with internal UAT team and other project stakeholders ensuring established standards and guidelines are followed to meet the highest level of quality
• Act as Test Coordinator and manage the various scrum meetings / ceremonies and tools like Jira, Confluence
• Perform DRH and BVT(Business Verification Testing) and also coordinate BVTs and make sure there is no leakage to production
What will your day look like
• Lead the delivery of UAT as per project plan without any unreasonable slippages,
• Defect leakage as per SOW
• Standardisation/Improvisation of the testing process to reduce testing time cycle through test automation
• Lead/script the automation of testing process to ensure minimum slippage with optimal efforts
• Build and maintain close working relationship with Operations and BA team to understand, enhance product/process knowledge
• Work alongside Ops team in Releases
• Provide Implementation Support to countries during Warranty period
• Perform Business Verification Testing to make sure there is no leakage to production
• Ensure compliance with the process to deliver the test outcomes
• Ensure Testing accuracy
• Contribute towards ideas on improvement in testing Process
• Collaborate with multiple test teams and support to ensure that delivery timelines are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team by sharing best practices
• Train team members on Product /process flows and testing methodologies
• Ensure adherence to the ANZ Policies and Process
What will you bring?
6-8 Years of software testing experience with hands on experience as Test Lead.
Coordinate Release / DRH / BVT activities as a Test Lead
Strong engagement, communication, time management & presentation skills
Experience in managing Agile projects and tools like Jira, Confluence
Automation knowledge desired (any tool)
Payment's domain knowledge desired
