This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship to members of the Test Organization for IoT/ Azure based projects
Develops Test Plan and Strategy
Should have experience in performance testing, analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of systems
Evaluates and improves the performance and scaling of the systems
Brings Debugging experience in a multi-platform deployment system
Analyzes performance results and identify bottlenecks and optimizations in software systems
Architects and develops extensible Automated Test Frameworks to cover Functional, E2E, and Performance/Load/Scalability testing through Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI-CD)
Creates test reports & tracks associated metrics & does code reviews
Can strike conversation and Interactions with embedded teams to define interfaces, functionality and validation mechanisms
Demonstrates expertise in test Scripting experience for various kinds of applications API, UI, Web, Mobile(android/iOS), Client Server etc.
Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test to create high quality products that solve end-user problems.
Coordinate work across various teams in a complex environment.
Qualifications
Requirement:
BE or Btech or MCA
8+ yrs of experience in software QA experience
6+ yrs of experience of defining test strategies for web/mobile applications
3+ yrs of performance script & execute experience using Jmeter & Loadrunner
7+ yrs of working with web applications and mobile applications
2+ yrs of experience on SQL queries
Proven experience to develop test plans and test strategies
Proeficient with QA concepts
Proefficient with Agile concepts
Should be ready to explore, learn and develop solutions for problems
Should be extremely flexible in terms of technology or platforms.
Should have worked in Agile
Hands on experience on performance tuning of IoT applications, Mobile Applications
Expertise in IoT domain and Azure Cloud
Proefficient with Selenium with JAVA, Python
Understanding of Test Automation framework
Understanding of Mobile emulators/simulators is advantage.
Should be extremely flexible in terms of technology or platforms
Should have good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr and JAMA
Should have good knowledge of repository management tools like GIT, TFS, BitBucket
Proficient in creating Test scenarios in Apache JMeter
Should have good knowledge of application monitoring tools like AppInsights, AppDynamics etc.
Very good communication skill
Able to lead Dev efforts from technical perspective
Able to think outside of the box in terms of process innovation
Very good at managing multiple tasks
Very good at understanding and prioritizing tasks, issues and work
