The ServiceNow QA resource will be responsible to test the user story based on acceptance criteria. Need to perform over all regression testing and prepare ATF scripts.
Responsibilities
Develop test scenarios and test cases for the user story.
Build test plan, review team’s test plans.
Perform testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met. Defines test cases and acceptance criteria.
Build regression suite using ATF framework.
Ensure all impacted areas are tested and documented.
Guide team technically.
Communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
Communicate test plan, strategy, and road map of testing during upgrades.
Skills
Experience with manual testing of entire Servicenow portal and modules.
Implementation of ATF on ServiceNow Platform for all modules scoped applications
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization (from individual contributor to executive level).
Knowledge on Java script for custom scripting for ATF.
Experience in validating ServiceNow application and related module during upgrades.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge on agile methodology
