Responsibilities:
Understand the functional/Non functioanl requirements and scope of work to be performed for engagement.
Creates the test strategy for the project from test requirements, review effort estimaties for test execution
Develop test plans for complex functionalities, provide review feedback for test plans, reviews all risk and mitigations identified and develop the action plan.
Ensure the test environment availability and provide necessary review feedback for test data setup.
Review the complete test execution and publish the test report
Review and prepare relevant data on metrics based on request.
Review closure report and submits to respective stakeholde.
Mentors the team and provide performance feedback of individual team members to management.
Train team members on project processes and provide inputs on process tailoring and quality goals
Interface with Customers for issue resolution , provide status updates.
Build repostiory of team's collective knowledge, seek knowledge and levergae knowledge from other projects to drive higher effeciency and effectiveness
Competencies
Engineering graduate/MCA who is having minimum of 8 years experience.
Knowledge of Industry fundamentals , trends and processes.
Knowledge of Life insurance domain
Knowledge of test planning and strategy methods & tools, test environment setup methods, and test scripting methods.
Analytical ability
Client orientataion
Good communication skill
Team leading experience
Automation testing experience will be added advantage
