Manual tester responsible to Design, Create and Execute software tests and Review system specifications.
Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases with a thorough understanding of requirements and execute the same.
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met before release.
Identify and collect test data related to test cases.
Report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform exploratory testing and sanity testing as per need.
Being proactive and raising flags when needed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Should have expertise in Functional & non-functional testing.
Good exposure in Web Application testing
Working knowledge of test management and Bug tracking tools.
Experience in execute all levels of testing (System, Integration and Regression)
Knowledge in Test environment setup.
Experience in Linux environment.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment.
Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Would be a plus:
Experience in testing of Medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform in XR platforms.
Knowledge and experience in automation testing and tools like Selenium.
Experience in Automation Testing using Java/Python
Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA
Familiar with tools like WinScp, Putty, Rally, Perforce, etc.
Working knowledge on Python.
