Test Lead with 8-10 years of experience on test management and testing projects.
Strong expertise and experience in industry standard testing processes, best practices and tools.
Excellent Test Management skills with exposure to testing metrics, test strategy, test plan documents etc.
Must be familiar with testing types with excellent understanding of exploratory testing.
Exposure and ability to drive defect triage calls.
Well versed with project management and test management.
Ability to deliver with quality first mindset and maintain excellent deliverables.
Must be hands on with test case creation, execution and finding defects.
Must be familiar with Agile ways of working with ability to deliver in tight deadlines.
Must demonstrate the holistic approach of testing with automation-first mindset.
Must have experience with testing tools (e.g. Postman, Jira etc.)
Understanding of Git integration, performance and security testing is added advantage.
Have experience in an environment which uses Business Driven Development (BDD) for test case writting.
Should have up-to-date Testing industry knowledge and ability to bring new ways of working in-house to improve the output.
Should have strong ability to coach/mentor testing and non-testing colleagues to improve test practices.
Pair with exploratory testers and developers to enable them to contribute to the automation test packs.
Collaborate with higher leadership test team in creating test strategy and work closely with wider technology teams
Assist in removing technical impediments encountered by the team.
Exposure on Airline domain is an added advantage.
