Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end testing of various new and existing customer journeys on Thanks App/ Web/Mobile web & other mobile apps (Android, Windows & mobile apps)
Continuous testing of customer lifecycle processes and suggesting improvements
Test cases/ scenarios to be documented for every testing
Testing of all possible modes like IVR, USSD, SMS to improve product quality to achieve better customer experience
Collaborate with the product operations team and ensure the issues get prioritized and resolved
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in manual testing
Experience in Telecommunications Domain (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS excel & PowerPoint (must)
Hands on with tools like Jira/ Confluence (preferred)
