Looking for 3+ year experienced manual tester
Candidate should have hands-on current experience in STLC practices
Candidate should have good logical and analytical skills along with problem-solving ability
Should have good domain knowledge in Insurance/Banking sectors
Carry out high level RVA for the defects reported by the team
Important – Very strong communication skills. This is for US client and is a client facing role.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation of the test plan/strategy from establishing project requirements and goals to solution go-live
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, including emerging ones such as cloud, mobile, big data etc
Have good understanding of using industry best practices and guidelines
Mentor test engineers within the team
Good practical experience with cutting edge tools for Web, Mobile, Desktop, DB and Web-service testing
Having automation knowledge is an advantage
Primary Skills
Experience in testing different platforms Web, Mobile, Desktop applications
Well versed with Test Management and Defect Management tools
Identify, Implement and Measure KPI’s for the project
Ensure adherence to SLA
Sound knowledge in STLC phases
DB testing knowledge
Team Management
