In this role, you will:
Work closely with Business, Operations & Technology colleagues across the Bank to agree detailed non-functional testing requirements (NFR’s)
Review & approve NFR’s with technical teams, identify and seek approval for test coverage.
Own Non-functional testing starting from requirements baselining, creating test plan and scripts to execution and also defect management including test reports.
Participate in project daily/weekly meetings and represent NFT updates
Conduct, Review and approve non-functional testing that has been carried out by 3rd party vendors
Setting standards and direction for third party suppliers / vendors
Making sure that systems are responsive under all situations and remain secure
Establishing highly accessible and available systems through testing. Setting strategy across all areas of non-functional testing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Should have knowledge on HR process & hands-on non-functional testing experience with a strong Stakeholder Management and Partner Management skills. An excellent stakeholder manager you will have demonstrable experience managing varied technical and business expectations and priorities.
Previous experience working commercially with IT partners and software vendors - on, near and offshore. Knowledge of Agile/DevOps project lifecycles and testing delivery.
Experience in leading the testing of advanced capabilities and services. Experience with Analysing NFR's and converting them into Testable requirements Experience in Test data, Test execution and strong analytical skills to ensure the solution meets/exceeds requirements
Experience with identifying and Analysing performance bottlenecks. Development of robust Performance Test Plans, Status Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews. Strong experience interpreting requirements by liaising with technical and business teams in absence of detailed documentation.
Experience of programming scripts in LoadRunner C to test web applications. Experience of executing performance tests using Performance Center. Experience of interpreting and reporting on the results from performance tests.
We are looking for a NFT Lead who would assess software quality through manual/automated testing. The prosperous candidate must be able to perform the design test Plans and Test cases and testing of information systems, including the design and test of application architecture, database and interfaces.
Must possess experience in creating capacity, usage and data models from performance testing. Should also have the ability to analyse usage statistics to produce capacity models for performance testing. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and distributions is important.
Lead should be knowledgeable on various testing areas such as performance, load and volume, compatibility, accessibility, security & penetration, accessibility and operational acceptance testing. Lead should be familiar with non-functional testing tools such as Loadrunner, Neo-Load, Jmeter, Visual Studio, AppDynamics and Splunk, test management tools like ALM & JIRA. Lead exceed in this role; He/she will have experience of leading third party vendors to deliver testing services. Developing successful partnerships, internally and externally. Excellent communication skills.
