Responsibilities:
Defining testing delivery quality measures
Explaining delivery process & controls
Building new practices using APM monitoring, Continuous Performance testing, & Performance engineering.
Aligning Performance Services as per the Industry demand & prepare for futuristic technologies.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Proven Team Lead Experience (Minimum 5 Yrs. of experience in team Lead of 6-8 members team), & should be comfortable dealing with Dynamic demand situations.
Experience (minimum of 8-10 yrs.) in supporting E2E Performance testing for banking domain-based applications. Good to have trading, Payment Gateway, and Complex Digital platform-based application experience.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and SMEs are required.
Competency in;
Performance testing Tool: Performance Center, a.k.a Loadrunner (min 8-10 yrs.),
APM Tool: Preferred to have Dynatrace Experience (minimum 2 yrs.)
Experience & proven record in handling Operating System/CPU/Memory/JDBC/Servlets/connection pool-related performance bottleneck issues.
Exposure to DevOps/Jenkin/ Continuous Performance testing is a must.
